Overview

The Ultimate Card Store listing tools will continually save you time and effort when listing sports cards. There are many tools available to assist in listing, adding images, sending to eBay, filling orders, and managing your website in general.

The screenshots shown here will give you an idea of how things work. There is definitely a learning curve, but do not worry, we are available to you every step of the way by email, telephone, or GoToMeeting demonstrations.

Main Search

The Sportscard Database give you access to the Beckett Price List for over 3.7 million cards in Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, and Golf.

You can search for the cards you are listing in this area. You may enter as little or as much information as necessary to locate sportscards. The Set and Player entry boxes accept partial information, which saves time typing, and also helps you find things when you are not sure exactly what they are called.

Player Search

Sportscards can be accessed by player searches as well. When looking for a player, you may enter partial information in the first or last name entry box. This is helpful when you are sure of a spellling. The potential matches are returned, which buttons to select the player you want.

Set Search

You can locate entire sets by using the Set Search. From the results you can access the set breakdown to list individual cards or in bulk. You can also access tools to make lots for that set, as well as create listings for complete sets, packs, boxes, or vending.

Listing Information

When you list a sportscard through the listing tools the title is created automatically, as well as the price if you have opted for automatic pricing. When the Team is available it is inserted as well.

The system also sets the category, both for your website, and eBay and StrictlyBids.com listings.

eBay Defaults

In order to send a listing directly to eBay without actually going to eBay, you need to store quite a lot of information. We allow you to store the bulk of this information as defaults, and then add it to your new listings automatically. You may then add more settings, or customize the stored settings for a particular listing.

Note: As of Spetember 15th, the Ultimate Card Store Software was compliant with all of the new settings required by eBay, and provided tools to our store owners for bulk editing their listings.

eBay Shipping

eBay shipping defaults are also available, automaically inserted into your new listings and customizable for individual listings.

Send to eBay

You may send listings to eBay individually or in bulk. The individual listing form allows to you edit the content and set the price before sending to eBay.

Send to eBay - Bulk

Sending in bulk to eBay is one of our prized tools. This is a massive time saver alowing you to search your existing inventory and send hundreds or thousands of listings to eBay at a time. The listings can be scheduled to start a later time, and can be set to have graduated start times to space out auction endings.

Inventory List

With the Inventory List tool you can display your inventory based on a search. This allows you to verify inventory, access editing or removal, or prepare lists for promotion.

Store Order

When your store receives an order, you are notified by email, and the order is stored in your store manager. You can access the order to printa n invoice, adjust inventory, or send email notices.

When inventory is adjusted for your website, it is also adjusted on eBay listings and StrictrlyBids.com listings as well. Any items that are "sold Out" are removed form all sites.
